Content & Supported Versions

We have new assets in the works right now.

Feel free to keep an eye on the Marketplace for some assets released soon!

Alternatively, if you need a custom asset or vehicle created, you can request a quote here.

This Vigilante vehicle was created as part of the Epic MegaGrant for simulations, and is free to download and try at your convenience. It is bound by the standard terms of the Epic Marketplace.

As the Marketplace guidelines refer: “The purpose of the Marketplace is to provide high quality content to Unreal Engine developers for their commercial projects or educational purposes, and the aim of these guidelines is to make obtaining and distributing great Unreal Engine content easy and beneficial for everyone.

You can get more information here:

Regarding the copyright of using these vehicles commercially, our Vigilante assets are intended for simulation purposes and are based on actual real-world vehicles.

We would recommend you reading the license agreement provided by Epic Games, which would help you determine how you can use them:

Epic Content | EULA – Unreal Engine

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to release all of our content in multiple versions of UE at this time, although we would very much like to update them.

However, you can follow this tutorial to migrate our asset into UE5: Move Vigilante’a Free UE4  Assets to a UE5 project

We cannot guarantee that it will work properly without issues, but we hope this helps.

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to release all of our content in multiple versions of UE4 at this time and we are not aware of an easy way of migrating content created for newer versions of UE4 into older projects.

There may be round-about ways of getting there, for instance, exporting the data from the newer version and importing it into an older project + setting up materials again.

Thank you for noticing this discrepancy. Please report it to our support team by heading to our contact page.

Please accept our apologies for the inaccuracies. We will do our best to get these corrected.

As far as we are aware of it, the Marketplace’s policy does not explicitly prohibit it, unless otherwise specified: Can I use these products in other gaming engines, like Source or Unity? (epicgames.com)
However, they do prohibit any kind of asset flipping (i.e., publishing the same assets on other storefronts).

It is very important for us to state that this Vigilante vehicle was created as part of the Epic MegaGrant for simulations, and is bound by the standard terms of the Epic Marketplace. Therefore, some other limitations may apply.

Common Solutions

SISO is a Reference for Enumerations for Simulation Interoperability and is intended for simulation use. As game developer you do not need this info. You can locate the SISO reference number in GameplayTags.ini.

Our sea vehicles use Epic Games’ Water plugin.

You need to enable the Water plugin in the plugins settings and that should solve the issue.

Our assets share some common files in a shared folder.
If you add new assets to your Unreal project which already has Vigilante assets in it, Unreal Engine will ask if you want to overwrite them. Just press overwrite.

If you have changed some of them, you will need to rename the folder or use duplicates.

This is solely for the shared folder and not for vehicle or projectile folders, which are unique for each of our assets.

Feature Requests

We do not provide sounds effects or music for the marketplace assets unless stated otherwise.

Our assets are designed for use with simulation software, but you are free to modify and set them up as needed for your personal projects. There are several tutorials available on how to set up sound effects within Unreal Engine. We would suggest these might be a good place to start depending on your current skill level:

If you want us to create sound effects, you can request a quote here.

Our assets on the website that are marked as ‘Drivable’ are flyable.
However, the assets that are not marked as such (or alternatively only marked as ‘Props’) do not have flying functionality.

However, this can be easily implemented. You can follow some of these tutorials:
